Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •60 Patients of ASA physical status I/II, in the age group of 18\-60 years of either sex, scheduled for elective open inguinal hernia repair
Exclusion Criteria
- •Consent not given
- •ASA Grade 3 and above
- •Hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Co\-morbid conditions
- •Contraindications to regional anaesthesia
- •BMI \>\=30 kg/m2,
- •Irreducible / Strangulated /recurrent Inguinal hernia
- •Preoperative chronic use of other analgesia (opioids or nonsteroidal antiâ??inflammatory drugs)
