Inclusion Criteria

Patients with controlled type II diabetes patients on medications.

Patients with General Random Blood Sugar (GRBS) <200 mg/dL.

Presenting with teeth indicated for atraumatic extraction as a result of dental caries or periodontitis.

Non smokers

Exclusion Criteria

Opposing traumatic occlusion or impinging teeth.

Patients habituated to the use of tobacco and/or alcohol

Female patients on oral contraceptives

Patients under Systemic steroids treatment

Type 1 diabetes

Any other uncontrolled systemic conditions.

Infectious diseases

Previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy of head and neck

Therapies with Bisphosphonates

Immune compromised

Pregnant & Lactating women

Non-cooperative

History of allergy to curcumin ,aloevera,NSAIDS and penicillin
