1) Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depressive episode;
2) Age 18-65;
3) Eliminate the risk of suicide;
4) Education level above junior high school;
5) Proficient in using mobile phone software, with good language understanding ability;
6) Volunteer and sign informed consent.
1) The history of schizophrenia, alcohol and drug dependence was strictly excluded;
2) Have a history of brain organic diseases and endocrine diseases;
3) Pregnant and lactating women;
4) Those who had taken antidepressants at the time of enrollment;
5) Persons suffering from serious physical diseases;
6) Patients with major depression.
