入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patient consent.
- •2.Patients of either gender between 20 to 50 years of age scheduled for elective surgeries of short duration.
- •3.Type of surgery included: Lower abdominal, urological and orthopaedic surgeries.
- •4.Weighing 40-60kgs.
- •5.ASA PHYSICAL STATUS 1 and 2.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Patient not belonging to age (20-50 years), weight (40-60kgs) or ASA PHYSICAL STATUS 1 and 2.
- •3.Patient who develop shivering during preloading.
- •4.Patient requiring blood transfusion during surgery.
- •5.Patients with an initial core temperature >37.5C or <36.5C.
- •6.Patients having contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
- •7.Patients having contraindications to Dexmedetomidine or Magnesium Sulphate.
