入选标准
- •All patients belonging to ASA 1&2 and well controlled hypertensive patients (on regular drugs) scheduled to undergo laparoscopic procedures
排除标准
- •1.Age <20and >65
- •2.Uncontrolled hypertension
- •3.Any degree of heart block
- •4.Cardiac dysfunction (low ejection fraction state)
- •5. Impaired Kidney function
- •6.Impaired hepatic function
- •7.Patients on clonidine, alpha methyl dopa, Mao inhibitors
- •8.Patients allergic to Mgso4,clonidine, or dexmedtomidine
