Inclusion Criteria

Gynecologic cancer cases (cervical, ovarian, vaginal, vulvar, endometrial or uterine cases) having (unilateral or bilateral) lower limb lymphedema:

1.Individuals with age group between 35 to 75 years

2.Post-surgery (Inguinal or pelvic lymph node dissection)

3.Lymph node dissection (more than 4)

4.Patients with history of Radiation Therapy

5.Undergoing Radiation Therapy

6.Cancer patients on chemotherapy with enlarged nodes leading to lymphedema

Exclusion Criteria

•Patient with mental disorders

•Deep Vein Thrombosis

•Any bony metastasis

•Cellulitis

•Patient with recurrent or metastatic disease
