Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients who are willing to give informed written consent
- •2\)Patients of 18\-60 years of either sex
- •3\)Patients with height \>140 centimetres and weight \>45 kilograms upto 90 kilograms
- •4\)ASA grade I and II
- •5\)Elective infra umbilical surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients refusing to give informed written consent
- •2\)Patients with any contraindication for neuraxial blockade
- •3\)Allergy to study drug
- •4\)Patients on alpha\-2 antagonist treatment and on anticoagulants
- •5\)Patients posted for lower segment caesarean section
