Children with good cognition; with aged 4-8 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Children with previous orthopedic surgery; cardiac, respiratory or psychological conditions that compromise the implementation of the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary clinical outcomes will be 10% increase in postural alignment and functional capacity. For postural alignment, baropodometry will be used and the functional capacity will be used walk test of 6 min, Timed Up and Go and horizontal jump. Measure 1 will be made at baseline and measure 2 after 10 weeks.<br><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 10% increase in foot load distribution, balance, functional mobility and distance from the horizontal jump and 10% reduction in energy expenditure rate. <br>For the distribution of foot load, baropodometry will be used, to balance will be used the stabilometry, for functional mobility will be used time sitting and standing. For the distance of the horizontal jump, the Jump test will be used. But the energy expenditure index will be calculated by the 6-min walk test.
