简要总结
Hamstring tightness is a common musculoskeletal problem among farmers due to repetitive bending, prolonged standing, and heavy physical workload. It also effect of knee range of motion, pain, reduced flexibility, affecting functional performance, and occupational productivity. Dry needling and Kinesio-taping are used physiotherapy interventions for managing muscle tightness and pain.
The randomized controlled trail aim to compare the efficacy of dry needling and Kinesio-taping in reducing pain and improving knee range of motion in farmers with hamstring tightness. Study will be conduct rural area (Punjab). A total of 44 participants will be randomly allocated into two group: Group A (k-taping) and Group B (Dry needling), receiving treatment once weekly for four weeks. Outcome measure include visual analogue scale (VAS), Active knee Extension (AKE), V-Sit and Reach (VSR) test.
