入选标准
- •Age 40-60yrs
- •Presence of at least two episodes of knee pain lasting 10 or more days in last one year
- •Magnetic resonance imaging/ Arthroscopic findings demonstrating articular cartilage
- •degeneration/meniscal degeneration
- •Medial compartment Knee OA KL grade 0,1,2,3
- •BMI <30 kg/m2
- •Varus angle <10 degree
- •Fixed flexion deformity <10 degree
- •Medial joint line tenderness
排除标准
- •Age <40years, >60yrs
- •Inflammatory arthritis
- •previous history of fracture of lower limb or spine
- •history of meniscal and ligament injury
- •medically unfit for surgery
- •bone tumour
- •genu valgus neutral or 0 degree
- •lateral compartment OA
- •BMI >30kg/m2
- •Pt not willing to give consent
