Brief Summary
In experienced operators, an ultrasound-guided technique has been shown to have beneficial advantages in reducing the time to access radial artery cannulation compared to experienced and inexperienced operators using the palpation technique
Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients had over age 18 years.
- •2\. Patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome, chronic coronary syndrome and valvular heart disease.
- •3\. Patients diagnosed and treated by elective and urgent CAG\&PCI catheterization.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients diagnosed with STEMI with primary PCI strategy
- •2\. Patients who tested Allen' test negative or modified Allen' test result type D.
- •3\. PAD, Post CABG ,cardiogenic shock
- •4\. Patients who had refused to participate in the research
