- •ASA 1 and 2 cases.
- •Patients posted for proximal femur fracture surgeries.
排除标准
- •Patients with history of known allergy to study drugs.
- •Patients with significant cardiovascular, respiratory, renal or hepatic diseases.
- •Morbid obesity.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patients with deranged coagulation profile.
- •Local site infection or altered anatomy like inguinal hernia or femoral artery graft.
