Inclusion Criteria
Patient presenting with hearing loss between 25 dB to 60 dB on Pure Tone Audiometry of either sex with age group of 18-65 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Congenital hearing loss.
2. Conductive and mixed hearing loss.
3. Patient having perforated tympanic membrane.
4. Patient suffering systemic disease DM, HTN..
5. Below age of 18 years and above age of 65 years.

Name Time Method Madhukadi taila karnapooran is more effective than Bilwa tail karnapooran in karnabadhirya with special reference to Sensorineural deafness.Timepoint: 3cycles of each 8days after7 datys interval .
