Inclusion Criteria
The healthy workers (according to worker’s annual occupational check up) with no history of inflammatory diseases, cancers, chronic diseases, psychotic disorders, drug or alcohol abuse, BMI<30 and non smoking
Exclusion criteria: Sleep disorders (according to ESS and insomnia questionnaires), history of poor sleep or acute disease symptoms within the research period
