1.Subjects above the age of 20 years of either sex.
2.Subjects diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, type-II Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension
3.Subjects with previous history of Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension
4.In case of subjects undergoing haemodialysis, sample will be collected before the start of the procedure cycle.
1.Patients with chronic infectious diseases.
2.Patient who did not give written consent.
3.History of smoking or betel nut/tobacco chewing
4.Patient under medication (other than hypoglycemics, insulin, anti-hypertensives and medication used in the treatment of chronic kidney disease).
5.Patients who are critically ill or unconscious.
