Patient aged > 18 years old, who was scheduled for total knee arthroplasty
American Society of anesthesiologist class 1-3
Patient BMI 18-40 kg/m2
refuse to participate this study
allergy to any drug in this study
age <18 years
ASA physical status > 3
BMI < 18 kg/m2, BMI > 40 kg/m2
contraindication to neuraxial anesthesia
uncontrolled hypertension or Blood pressure greater than 140/90 mmmHg
history of heart failure, cerebrovascular disease, cardiac surgery, coronary artery disease
history of upper GI bleeding, gastric ulcer
history of abnormal liver enzyme, hepatic failure, renal failure, organ transplantation, coagulopathy
chronic opioids user defined as using opioids drug almost/everyday for three consecutive months or more than 60 mg/day for one month
neuropathic pain
failure to single shot adductor canal block
inability to cooperate with Time Up and Go Test before surgery
