Inclusion Criteria
a) Patients with Traumatic brain injury and GCS <12 at
presentation_
b) Within 7 days of admission in JPN apex trauma
centre, AIIMS
c) Patients thought to have a protracted course requiring
> 6 weeks of enteral nutritional support.
Exclusion Criteria
a) Uncorrectable coagulopathy (INR,1.5, Platelets <
50,000) precluding a percutaneous puncture.
b) Severe hemodynamic instability for > 1 week post
admission precluding shifting the patient to fluoroscopic
suite.
