- •a) Patients with Traumatic brain injury and GCS <12 at
- •presentation_
- •b) Within 7 days of admission in JPN apex trauma
- •centre, AIIMS
- •c) Patients thought to have a protracted course requiring
- •> 6 weeks of enteral nutritional support.
排除标准
- •a) Uncorrectable coagulopathy (INR,1.5, Platelets <
- •50,000) precluding a percutaneous puncture.
- •b) Severe hemodynamic instability for > 1 week post
- •admission precluding shifting the patient to fluoroscopic
