? The patients undergo monotherapy or dual therapy with aspirin or clopidogrel and the patients who are taking wafarin but, can substitute for aspirin during shor period of time.
Ex) Primary hypertension,Stable angina, transient ischemic stroke, Coronary artery disease(stable coronary artery disease, non-ST segment elevation MI)
? The patients who undergo colon polypectomy.
? The patients who are participate in this study and signed informed consent.
? Low platelet count <80,000/mm3 and prologned PT/APTT in laboratory examination
? The patients who have gastrointestinal malignancy
? The patients taking anticoagulation within 7 days before CPP
? The patinets who have high bleeding risk due to comorbid disease; HAS-BLED score 3 or more than 3, high risk of cerebrovasculr event(CHADS2 score 2 or more than 2)
? The patients who refuse the agreement with informed consent.
