- •Elective OPCAB
- •Ejection fraction \> 55%
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing emergency OPCAB
- •Preoperative mechanical ventilation
- •Preoperative Inotropes
- •Preoperative Intra\-aortic balloon pump
- •Mitral regurgitation \> grade II
- •Renal insufficiency
