  • •ASA: II and III
  • •Elective OPCAB
  • •Ejection fraction \> 55%

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing emergency OPCAB
  • •Preoperative mechanical ventilation
  • •Preoperative Inotropes
  • •Preoperative Intra\-aortic balloon pump
  • •Mitral regurgitation \> grade II
  • •Renal insufficiency
