Histologically confirmed cervical cancer.

KPS > 50

Creatinine clearance <50

Exclusion Criteria

History of chemotherapy or radiation to abdomen or pelvis

Tumour involving lower third of Vagina

History of other cancers.

Expected survival less than 3 months

Pregnant women

Patients with distant metastases
