1. the female patient in pregnancy or breast-feeding 2. the patient experienced allergic reaction for daclatasvir and or asunaprevir 3. the liver cirrhosis patient with over Child-pugh score 7 4. the patient whose blood examination data was below the standard value 5. the patient the investigator judged unsuitable for study
