Inclusion Criteria

1. Age 65-75 years
2. Non regular exercise (less than 3 times/week and less than 30 min/day)
3. Sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion Criteria

1. There are respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
2. Uncontrolled hypertension
3. Congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, and third degree A-V block
4. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
5. Presence of orthopedic or neuromuscular conditions interfering with the ability to perform MSSE such as herniated disc, lumbar stenosis, and muscle weakness
