Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 65\-75 years
- •2\. Non regular exercise (less than 3 times/week and less than 30 min/day)
- •3\. Sedentary lifestyle
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. There are respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
- •2\. Uncontrolled hypertension
- •3\. Congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, and third degree A\-V block
- •4\. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •5\. Presence of orthopedic or neuromuscular conditions interfering with the ability to perform MSSE such as herniated disc, lumbar stenosis, and muscle weakness
