? Onset duration = 6 months, over the age of 20
? Trunk Impairment Scale = 10
? Hemiplegia or hemiparesis in Upper or lower extremity
? Maximal inspiratory / expiratory pressure is lower than 90 % of healthy individuals of same age group
? No facial palsy to train respiratory muscle training by mouthpiece
? No history of specific respiratory muscle training
? Check for yourself informed consent and who can voluntarily participate in the experimental procedure.
? With neurological diseases other than stroke
? Intake the drug that can potentially affect muscle function (steroids, thyroid hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.)
? With a musculoskeletal disease that can affect the spine (spondylolisthesis, scoliosis) and hip joint (total hip replacement).
