入选标准
- •1.no history of respiratory disease within 6 months prior to the test
- •2.able to communicate in Thai
- •3.low physical activity (GPAQ)
- •4.health elderly and sarcopenia elderly (by Asian Working Group for Sarcocpenia, 2020)
排除标准
- •1.resting heart rate more than 120 beat/min
- •2.high resting blood pressure (>180/120 mmHg)
- •3.uncontrolled blood glucose
- •4.history of neurological conditions, mental health problems (diagnosis by a physician)
