- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Actual pain intensity, Depression scale of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS)<br><br>--> Both completed within the German pain questionnaire (Deutscher Schmerzfragebogen, DSF) at the beginning (pretest) and end (posttest) of the inpatient stay, as well as in a 3 months follow-up.

Name Time Method Quality of Life Impairment by Pain Inventory (QLIP), Subscale Self-Enhancing Humor of the Humor Styles Questionnaire (HSQ), State version of the State Trait Cheerfulness Inventory (STCI-S<30>), Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ),<br>Positive And Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS),<br><br>--> each completed at the beginning (pretest) and end (posttest) of the inpatient stay, as well as in a 3 months follow-up.<br><br>Feedback questionnaire for the training group at posttest measurment
