- •1.Age between 18 â?? 45 years of either sex.
- •2.Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade 1 and 2 patients.
排除标准
- •1) Refusal to consent for study.
- •2) Patients Receiving treatment with the study drug (melatonin).
- •3) Patients with
- •1.Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes.
- •2.Mental illness, Severe Cardiac illness and Renal or hepatic disease.
- •3.Pregnancy and lactation.
- •4.Anticipated difficult intubation [Modified Mallampati class 3 and 4]
- •5.Patients on Hypnotics, Sedatives, anxiolytics, anti-epileptics.
- •6.History of allergy to melatonin.
