入选标准
- •1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II
- •2. Elective LSCS under Spinal anaesthesia
- •3. Hemodynamically stable
- •4. Full term, singleton pregnancy
排除标准
- •1. Patients with prolonged Qtc >450ms
- •2. Patients with bradycardia (heart rate < 50/min)
- •3. Morbid obese
- •4. Patients with pre-existing cardiac disease
- •5. Patients with liver and renal dysfunctions
- •6. History of hypertension, pre-eclampsia, and convulsions
- •7. Patient with bleeding disorders
- •8. Uterine abnormality â?? placenta previa, abruptio placenta
- •9. Multiple gestation pregnancy
- •10. Patient refusal
- •11. Unstable hemodynamics
- •12. Coagulation abnormalities
- •13. Study drug allergy
