•? Confirmed by electronic colonoscopy and pathology, it meets the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis in the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease revised in 2018;
•? The patient complained of fatigue symptoms, and the score of MFI-20 in Chinese version in 2008 was = 20;
•? The modified Mayo score = 10 points for patients in mild and moderate active phase and remission phase;
•? Age = 18 years old;
•? Junior high school or above;
•? Sign the informed consent form.

•? Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, digestive and other system diseases;
