Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
- •2 Patients aged 18\-60 years scheduled for elective intracranial Meningioma surgery will be included in our study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal of consent
- •1 ASA class \> III,
- •2 Morbid obesity,
- •3 Uncontrolled hypertension patients,
- •4 History of coronary artery disease,
- •5 Patients on beta blockers,
- •History of chronic renal and hepatic insufficiency,
- •History of heart block,
- •History of allergy to Dexmedetomedine,
- •Patients having pacemakers and automatic implantable cardioverter\-defibrillator.
