- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to decrease inflammatory markers by C-reactive protein and IL6 examination by the analysis of biochemical markers in the blood of mitochondrial stress by the technique of western blotting UCP1 and UCP 3.
It will be the relative risk reduction (RR) method in the statistical comparison of the experimental group versus the control group will be verified from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements, after 12 months of physical exercise.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to reduce cardiovascular disease risks in people with disabilities with increased muscle mass and reduced fat mass by examining the electrical bioimpedance. It is expected that an increase in muscle strength will be verified by dynamometry from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre and post-intervention measurements after 12 months of physical exercise.
;Increase the percentage of muscle mass, muscle strength, and decrease the percentage of body fat in the statistical comparison of the experimental group versus control group from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre-and post-intervention measurements after 12 months of physical exercise .
