A person who satisfies one of A, B, and C and falls under all of D, E, F, and G
A. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute one-sided vestibular dysfunction
i. Acute rotational dizziness
ii. Mixed eyepiece with horizontal and rotational eyepiece
iii. Patients who have found abnormalities in the horizontal fibula by head impulse test, or who have found abnormalities in the horizontal fibula with 30% or more caloric wakefulness by temperature examination
B. Patients who meet the following criteria due to chronic bilateral vestibular dysfunction
i. Chronic dizziness and walking disorders that last for more than 3 months
ii. Balance disorder or visual disturbance during walking
iii. Calorie test shows that the sum of the speeds on both sides is less than 20°/s
C. Patients who meet the criteria for diagnosis of cerebellar dysfunction
i. Progressive cerebellar schizophrenia over 18 years of age for at least one year
D. A person who has a previous history of abnormal vestibular function and cognitive decline, or has no previous history of neurodegenerative diseases such as stroke or dementia
E. A person who can understand research contents, follow instructions, and communicate
F. A person who has agreed to participate in the study and follow-up observation;
G. 20 to 70 years of age
A. A person who has a history of neurological or scientific diseases
B. A person who is medically unstable or immunosuppressed
C. A person whose brain image shows acute cerebral infarction or cerebellar tumor
D. A person who shows abnormal findings in a neurological examination
E. A person who has difficulty participating in the study due to other clinically serious diseases (cerebrovascular disease, cardiopulmonary disease, liver disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor, musculoskeletal disease, psychiatric disease, etc.) in the judgment of the researcher
F. A person who is taking medicine for epilepsy or has a history of convulsions
G. Fertility women and pregnant women
H. A person who does not agree to participate in the study
