- •1. Patients with coloncancer (CRC), diagnosed before the age of 70
- •2. Patients with CRC in their family with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis
- •3. Patients with an adenoma, diagnosed before the age of 40
- •4. Patients with an adenoma in their family with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis
- •5. Patients with polyposis and with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition in APC of MUTYH
- •6. Patients with cumulative more than 10 adenomas
- •7. Patients with syndromal polyposis (e.g. Peutz Jeghers or Cowden syndrome)
- •8. Patients with CRC and proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis
- •9. Patients with adenoma and proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis
- •10. Healthy individual with with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis
