Children/adolescents <18 years of age who have undergone a whole-body MRI and are to undergo a PET scan with the Biograph Vision Quadra for clinical indications (usually staging and restaging, risk stratification for malignant tumours),
or
children/adolescents aged <18 years who are to undergo a clinically indicated PET/MRI and who also require a high-contrast, low-dose CT scan of the lungs and bones for clinical indications,
or
children/adolescents aged <18 years who are to undergo a clinically indicated PET scan, but who also require a low-dose CT scan for morphological classification of the expected findings.
In addition, written consent should always be obtained from the legal guardian and, if appropriate, the child.
