Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)ASA1 and 2
- •2\)age 20 to 70 yrs
- •3\)both sex
- •4\)patients undergoing elective upperlimb surgeries below shoulder.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)patient refusal
- •2\)infection at the site of injection
- •3\)coagulations disorders
- •4\)hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics and opioids
- •5\)patients with history of hypertension, myocardial infarction and periperal neuropathy
