Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)ASA1 and 2
  • 2\)age 20 to 70 yrs
  • 3\)both sex
  • 4\)patients undergoing elective upperlimb surgeries below shoulder.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)patient refusal
  • 2\)infection at the site of injection
  • 3\)coagulations disorders
  • 4\)hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics and opioids
  • 5\)patients with history of hypertension, myocardial infarction and periperal neuropathy
