Brief Summary
Improvement in legs muscle strength was strongly significant greater in the exercise group compared with controls. After 12 weeks, a significant difference in appendicular skeletal muscle mass and physical performance status were found in each group.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ESKD with sarcopenia (AWGS) 2019 criteria
- •Age 30 \-75 years
- •Dialysis vintage more than 3 months
- •HD 3 session/week
Exclusion Criteria
- •Low life expectancy \< 6 months
- •Status totally confined to bed
- •History of limb amputation
- •Major surgery, trauma or severe hospitalized infection prior 3 months
- •Acute coronary syndrome, recent decompensated heart failure
