The inclusioncriteria are:
-80 years or older
-65 years or older and one or more of the following criteria:
* dehydratie in the past
* heartpatient
* muscle disease or rheumatism
* negative score on the GFI (Groningen Frailty Indicator, conducted before the study)
The exlusioncriteria are:
-Persons, who don't master the language (read or onderstand), because it is necessary to answer questions on the questionnaire and participate.
-Persons, who dont'n seem to be able to use the drink reminder device
-bladder or kidney disease
-dementia or Alzheimer

Name Time Method <p>The main parameter is the daily fluid take (the amount of daily used<br /><br>cups/glases).<br /><br>The change in the main total score of the fluid intake of the 2 groups will be<br /><br>compared. The difference between the 2 groups in percentage of elderly who 's<br /><br>fluid intake is adequat after the intervention will als be studied.</p><br>
