Brief Summary

*Ghridhrasi* is one of the *Shool Pradhan* clinicalentity mentioned among eighty types of *Nanatmaj Vaat Vyadhis*  *Raktamokshana* is a type of *Shodhan Chikitsa* that aims atelimination of the vitiated *Dosha* out of the body   Acharya Sushruta has indicated *Agnikarma i*n *AsthiSandhi* roga.He mentioned that the diseases cured by *Agnikarma* aresaid to have no recurrence . He gave importance to *Marma* in *Shalyatantra* due to its relevance in variousdiseases. As a pioneering *Shalya Chikitsak*, *Sushruta* extensivelydissected the human body and mentioned *Marma-Vigyan*.

The study will be performed in 3 groups of 10 patients  each.

Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi with symptoms like Ruja, Stambha, Suptata, Spandana, Tandra, Gaurav, Arochak Signs like Sakthinikshepa nigraha (SLR, i.e., straight leg rising test positive) Patients of age group between 18 and 70 years.

Exclusion Criteria

Tuberculosis of spine and hip joint, malignancy of spine or other organs Old bony injuries related to spine Cardiac diseases (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction etc.) Anemia, Bleeding disorders Pregnant and lactating women.
