入选标准
- •1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who admitted at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital from October 2016 to December 2019
- •2. Age is more than 18 year-old
- •3. Patients who were diagnosed acute pancreatitis using Revised Atlanta classification defined by two of three following criteria: (1) epigastric abdominal pain, (2) elevated serum amylase and/or lipase greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal, (3) characteristic findings from abdominal imaging.
排除标准
- •1. Patients are not admitted at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital for first 48 hours.
