1.Aged 40 to 80 years;
2.The first onset of acute ischemic stroke patients, or have a history of ischemic stroke, but the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) is less than 4 points, and within 48 hours of onset, through history, physical examination, CT or MRI examination confirmed the existence of acute ischemic stroke;
3.The patients agreed to accept the protocol and signed the informed consent;
4.Patients can cooperate with the collection and preservation of medical history data and the follow-up process in the future.
1. Patients with needle sickness;
2. Patients with history of intracranial hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage;
3. Atrial fibrillation and other cardiogenic acute ischemic stroke patients;
4. End stage patients with severe disability or disease;
5. There were severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, total bilirubin > 1.5 times of the upper limit of normal value, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) > 2.5 times of the upper limit of normal value;
6. Patients with pulmonary infection or severe systemic infection;
7. Other brain organic diseases cause intracranial hypertension, such as brain tumors;
8. Patients with HIV positive, syphilis antibody positive, hepatitis B, hepatitis C or other serious infectious diseases;
9. Patients with severe mental illness, cognitive impairment or inability to understand and sign informed consent;
10. Patients with metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, gout, etc;
11. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months;
12. Patients who have experienced surgery or trauma (including fracture) in the past month.
