Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 & 2 physical status
Elective surgeries requiring awake fiberoptic nasal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with h/o OSA, nasal trauma, nasal surgery, bleeding diathesis
Patients on anticoagulant therapy
Hypertension
Anticipated post operative ventilation
Infection of the upper airway
Fracture base of skull
