Inclusion Criteria

Written consent
The person must remain in the region at least during the follow-up in the region
Reproductive ages between 18 to 50 years
Pre-menopause, mastalgia without obvious pathologic reason
The minimum score of the visual scale of pain is three

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy or breastfeeding or a decision to have a pregnancy
Contraindication of the use of the drugs mentioned (tamoxifen: pregnancy and lactation)
Thromboembolic / fluoxetine disorders: severe renal and hepatic failure
Patients with epilepsy who have uncontrolled seizures
History of breast cancer in self or first-degree relatives
A large lesion in the breast that needs surgery
Suspect of any malignancy
Galactorrhea
History of previous surgery
Hormone Therapy in the last three months
Taking Oral contraceptive pill
History of taking medication to treat breast pain
Any mental and psychiatric illness is associated with the use of related medications
Taking some medications (dopamine antagonists , Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAO), Warfarin, theophylline, hypnotics and progesterone)
Irregular menstruation
History of thromboembolism
