Inclusion Criteria
aged over 18 years both males and females
Had diagnosed cardiovascular disease or open heart surgery
on cardiac rehabilitation phase I or phase II
Exclusion Criteria
resting heart rate greater than 120 bpm
resting BP or uncontrolled BP > 180/120 mmHg
Body temperature greater than 37.5 Celsius
oxygen saturation < 95 % after on oxygen device
resting respiratory rate 30 bpm
history of mental health or neurological conditions
