Inclusion Criteria
Severely injured patients ((ISS = 9 or MAIS = 2 with emergency room and intensive care stay)) who survive acute treatment and consent to study participation,
permanent residence in Germany or Austria
Exclusion Criteria
Age <18 and >55, no patient consent, Glasgow Outcome Score <8, language level <B1, attempted suicide

Name Time Method 1. Identification and quantification of predictors for QoL and achievement of ability to work <br>2. Development of appropriate survey processes for PROM and PREM that leads to high acceptance and response rates among severely injured patients in convalescence. <br>3. Derive measures and recommendations to improve patient care and reduce barriers in the convalescence phase to optimize treatment outcomes and more rapid return to work<br>
