AIM
To compare the effectiveness of homoeopathic medicines in the cases of nephrolithiasis on the basis of totality of symptoms vis a vis preidentified organopathic mother tincture
OBJECTIVE
To compare the effectiveness of homoeopathic medicines for the pain management in cases of nephrolithiasis on the basis of totality of symptoms vis-à-vis preidentified organopathic mother tincture using pre and post NPRS scale
To observe the reduction in size or in number of renal calculi in the cases of nephrolithiasis using pre and post USG reports
To observe the pre and post changes in the frequency of the pain in cases of nephrolithiasis
To assess the predominant miasma in the cases of nephrolithiasis.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Both symptomatic and asymptomatic with radiological evidence USG of nephrolithiasis Diagnosed cases who have taken medicines from any other system of treatment like Allopathy Ayurveda will also be consider after a wash out period of 15 days All socioeconomic status.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient not willing to give consent Patient with major systemic disorder and autoimmune diseases Cases with hydronephrosis UTI uremia acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours Cases of staghorn calculi Pregnant women and lactating mothers are not included.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
According to the score obtained pre and post treatment from the NPRS scale
Time Frame: Pre scores will be assessed at the baseline of treatment and post scores will be assessed at the end of 12 weeks using NRS scale
Secondary Outcomes
- To observe the reduction in size or in number of renal calcules in the cases of(nephrolithiasis using pre and post USG reports)
