Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18-80 year
2. Diagnosis confirmed by electrodiagnostic study
3. Mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy
2. Communication disorders
3. End-stage renal or hepatic disease (GFR < 15, Cirrhosis Child C)
4. Steroid use last 10 weeks
5. Other neurologic disorders eg. Cerebrovascular disease, cervical radiculopathy, diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy
