Inclusion Criteria
1.acute CRPS type I in foot and ankle <symptoms less than 3 month>
2. aged 18-70 year old
3. volunteer , fully conscious ,well to cooperate questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
1. allergy to Mecobalamin and pregabalin
2. Neuropathy condition such as DM with target organ damage, leprosy, Celebrovascular disease .
3.Pregnancy.
4. current use of vitamin B component drug .
