Inclusion Criteria
All patients having surgery from May 2021 to Jan 2023 for scheduled foot and ankle surgery by a single senior foot and ankle surgeon
Participant understand and consent to the protocol of the trial
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetic patients were excluded
Previous history of CRPS
Pregnancy
Allergy to vitamin b 12
History on drug contain of vitamin B 12
History of psychological content of anxio-depression
Cognitive impairment affecting pain assessment
