Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade I, II, III
2.Age 20-50 yrs
3. Either gender
4. Surgical procedures â?? general surgery, urosurgery, Gastro intestinal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade IV and V
2. Patient with history of adverse drug reaction to any study medications 3. Patients for whom central neuraxial block is contraindicated
4. Patient refusing to give consent
