ï?§40-75 years of age.
ï?§either sex.
ï?§capable of performing PFT.
Not willing for consent to undergo the programme.
H/O Exacerbation in last 6 weeks.
Reluctance to adhere to or complete the programme.
Physical limitations i.e. poor eyesight, speech, mobility, and hearing impairment
Significant co-morbidities namely, ischaemic heart disease, pulmonary hypertension obvious from history and chest x-ray, exersional desaturation,
acute cor-pulmonale, chronic and significant hepatic dysfunction,metastatic cancer, renal failure or psychiatric illness etc.
